Waggies Boutique reserves the right to refuse access to this website, terminate transactions and or accounts, edit or remove content and amend prices at our discretion.

Waggies Boutique cannot be held responsible for any damage or injury caused to individuals, pet or property whilst using any products purchased from this site.

Standard shipping costs for orders within the UK is £3.50. Larger items such as bedding and dining products will vary. For orders outside of the UK please contact us through our contact page before placing your order online so that shipping costs can be calculated. Shipping will be by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery and usually takes 2 - 5 days. Free shipping offers only apply to orders within the UK

Waggies Boutique cannot be held responsible for the content of any external site linked to from this site. Moreover it cannot be held resonsible for the availiblity or reliablity of such links.

Your Account

You are responsible for the maintainance of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password and account are being used without your consent.

You are responsible for the accuracy and maintenance of the details you provide us with and must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when you registered.

Refund & Exchange

Waggies Boutique are happy to refund or exchange any product you are unhappy with within 10 working days of receipt. Simply contact us through our contact page and we will provide you with a return code. The item must then be returned to us unused in its original packaging within 5 business days. Returns received outside these timescales are accepted at the stores discretion. Waggies Boutique reserve the right to refuse to exchange/refund items that are returned in poor or used condition (unless faulty).

Items can only be exchanged for another item/size subject to availability. If an item is unavailable we will offer you a full refund or store credit. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the item. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and the condition checked. Shipping charges will be refunded if the item is returned within 7 days of receipt.

Please obtain proof of posting as Waggies Boutique cannot be held responsible for packages lost on return to us. Postage will only be refunded if the goods are faulty.

Faulty Items

All items are inspected before they are dispatched. Items will only be accepted as faulty if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of 14 days after delivery. You should inspect all goods on delivery and inform us immediately if there are any shortages or damages. If no notification is received within 72 hours it will be deemed that all the goods have been received and are in good working order upon delivery. All faulty items must be returned to Waggies Boutique with any original packaging within 7 days of first notifing us of the fault. All returned items are inspected and Waggies Boutique reserve the right to refuse an item if the damage is caused by normal wear and tear, accident or misuse.

Cancelling an Order

Orders can be cancelled if the item has not been dispatched. Contact us through our contact page and reference your order number.

Waggies Boutique reserves the right to cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will not incur charges.
