Q: Is shopping at Waggies Boutique secure?
A: Yes, very secure. Our secure pages use 128bit encription so any data transfered is done so with upmost security. For transactions, Waggies Boutique uses Paypal.

Q: Why does Waggies Boutique use Paypal?
A: We use Paypal as we believe it to be the most convienient and safest way to make secure payments on the internet. With their unparalled history with data and financial transaction handling, Paypal ensures you can be confident your personal information is secure.

Q: Why am I redirected to Paypal upon checkout?
A: For added security we use Paypal as a payment gateway. Therefore all sensitive information required during transaction are used entirely within Paypal’s own secure payment system.

Q: How can I pay?
A: We can accept all major credit/debit cards through Paypal on our secure payment pages. You can also pay using your Paypal account. Alternatively we accept cheque payments. To pay by cheque simply select the Postal Order Form option at checkout. A pre completed order form will be generated. Please print this form and send to Waggies Boutique along with your cheque payment. Items will be held for 5 working days awaiting receipt of payment, if no payment has been received by us within this time the order will be deemed as cancelled and all items put back on sale. Orders will be dispatched once payment has cleared.

Q: Do I need to have a Paypal account to use Paypal?
A: No. Just follow the on screen instructions to use your credit/debit card when you reach the Paypal page.

Q: How quickly will you answer my email?
A: We aim to answer all e-mails within 24 hours of your email being received.

Q. What are your shipping costs?
A: Please see our shipping section. For delivery within the UK our standard shipping cost is £3.50. For Beds and dining items the cost of delivery will be advised on receipt of your order.

Q: What are your delivery times?
A: We aim to despatch within 48 hours (Mon to Fri) and will usually be via royal mail 1st class recorded delivery. On delivery a signature will be required.

Q: What size does my dog need?
A: Please refer to our size matrix.

Q: Your prices have changed recently, why?
A: As many of the items we stock are from international designers our prices are dependent on the current exchange rates. In order to bring you these quality items at great prices we may need to alter them from time to time.
